so im guessing Im free to use it without worrying about missing anything? Also for a +2 to all special I say its ok to use this drug.

Just a rare drug. I encountered Fury, Calmex, Daddy-O and Daytripper. Almost always dropped by insignificant pesky Ferals.

Calmex in particular is a sweet drug for a stealth character as it doubles your sneak attack critical. One shotting a Behemoth is not out of the question on Survival.
