I can not progress the main story. Currently I have Form Ranks, Liberty Reprimed, Inside Job and Underground Undercover all active. When I am told to speak to Proctor Ingram all that happens is I ask her about the holotape I gave her and this keeps repeating. When I go to give the Holotape to Sturges I am only permitted to trade with him. No dialogue whatsoever. Form Ranks instructs me to recruit more settlements yet I'm not given any quests other than the monotonous tasks of killing ghouls, raiders etc etc. I can't do Underground undercover since I've been banished from the institute. So basically the game is at a stand still in regards to the main quest. Please shed some light as to how this can be fixed.

What exact quest is that? (The name of the quest)

Liberty Reprimed. I'm supposed to speak with Ingram but when I go to talk to her all I do is ask her about the holotape I gave her. She gives it back to me but the holotape doesn't show up in my inventory. Also, I'm supposed to give Sturges the holotape from the institute but when I go to see him I only get the prompt to trade with him. Not sure what I'm supposed to do.

I'm aware that I can't complete Underground Undercover but why is it even an option?

Those are some notes from that particular quest:

It is advised you complete this quest before getting too deep into the Institute quests - more specifically, before starting the quest Mass Fusion.

If you start Mass Fusion you won't be able to progress further in the Brotherhood quests until you finish Mass Fusion or Spoils of War,

since Proctor Ingram will be locked to a dialogue tree related to those quests and you won't be able to turn in this quest to her.

• Alternatively, if you started Mass Fusion but haven't complete Shadow of Steel, you can still go through BoS Missions and be able talk to Proctor Ingram for Liberty Reprimed.

I've completed mass fusion and spoils of war. Liberty Reprimed has been triggered with the following tasks completed

I'm supposed to speak with proctor Ingram again but when I do it just repeats me asking her for the holotape.

I also have completed the two quests, and got Liberty Reprimed.

I am not sure, but i will check if i go home!

Yeah man, it's pretty annoying and would really svck if it's a bug that can't be fixed. Would hate to have to revert to save file. Don't think I made any choices that would've altered the game so drastically.
