So i'm during the main quest (as part of the Institude) and it seems like i have reach a point where i can't advance. I was attacking the 3 generators and by accident only destoryed 2 of then before going to the courtyard (where Liberty Prime is parked) I cleared out the courtyard and then realized my mistake and went to destroy the third generator.

When I went back to courtyard it updated my task and says something like "reach Liberty Prime" I have walked all around the robot and there is no way to complete the "reach him" part. Online it say there is a scienctist that should be fixing him while you defend him but since i cleared the courtyard I can't seem to be the scienctist to appear.

has anyone else had this problem? or know of a possible fix. Since i can't go back and redo the part

The only thing I can think of is to use a console command to finish your current quest. Activate the quest you're stuck on, and type in the console command section: "help 0"

This will give you the quest ID. Then type "completequest "

Is this done on your game console? (if so can you give some instructions for PS4?

No console commands for PS4 unfortunately. That's only on PC.


Are you sure that the guy wasn't already working on it? It takes a while. I had to defend him for a solid ten minutes or so.

The guy doesn't even appear, Like i said earlier i had already cleared the area so IDK
