I'm on the "With Our Powers Combined" quest and the minuteman that's supposed to be in charge keeps telling me he can't do anything until the radio transmitter is back up. But it is back up. It's completely charged it just says someone needs to be assigned to it. But it won't let me assign him back to it. Apparently it's a glitch where if he gets up, he won't sit back down. That's what is happening to me, he just won't sit back down. I can't load up a previous save because that'd be going back on 8-10 hours of gameplay. Fast traveling so far hasn't helped and neither has creating new generators. The radio freedom station is also down and none of my artillery grenades work. I don't know what to do anymore
