I have the item that I was send to get and went back to the scribe for some strange reason the dialog to end the quest is not coming up she still is saying go find the item that I already found any help would helpful please and all so the techinal documents on the scribe in the pridwell is not working either I have five of them no dialog to return to him

Any idea on what may have glitched it?

Have you simply tried taking the documents to the Scribe on the Prydwin?
