I was just wondering if anyone knows if I'm going to be able to get the collectors edition here in the U.K, I've looked on the game store websites for the U.K and can't find it.

Otherwise yes, according to Bethesda, UK (and Europe in general) should get the CE, and no it has not shown up on any of the major sites yet.

no not yet for some reason they have not done us yet or the rest of the world
only USA have a confirmed New Vegas Collectors edition
its a bit unfair but this how video games have always been done USA first for everything

This only applies to North American developers though, and even they don't always release games in the NA first (see the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpha_Protocol release dates for example).
