I haven't played Morrowind for a few weeks, and the last time I messed with MGE, everything was fine. Recently, though, I've decided to change some settings (New mods, bad settings), but MGE won't start up. wenever I try to open it up, all I get is "MGEgui has stopped working"

Does anyone know what's up here? Even Google couldn't help me.

I'm using Windows 7, Morrowind has the most recent patch, I'm running MGE 3.8.1.

I haven't tried reinstalling, because, for some reason, I can only find 3.8.0.
