4 days of play and lap top locks up all the way to not recognizing its op sys.......

all I want is to reload game onto my tower ... yet this simple task is not available from Steam,Bethesda or anybody ....frustrated

So, your system locks up when loading a certain save or when just loading the game?

Post a dxdiag report, please.

Use the Search box or Run... box, type: cmd and press Enter.

In the command prompt, type:

dxdiag /t dxdiag.txt

and press Enter.

Now go to the %userprofile% directory (C:\User\), find the dxdiag.txt file. Open the file. Select All. Copy and Paste its contents here in a reply. Use the spoiler tags, by either using the following:

[spoiler] dxdiag text [/spoiler]

or by clicking the icon (Special BBCode) next to Font menu, and selecting 'spoiler'.

to late for this . maybe you did not understand all I want to do is load game onto my tower......

And maybe you did not understand, a dxdiag will be the best and only shot at somebody being able to help.

Install Steam on the desktop PC, then install the game on it.

Copy all your files over to your tower.

When you copy over the files, make sure the file structure is right. Steam->SteamApps->common->Fallout 4.

Then validate your game through steam.

Then log onto Steam on your tower and install it from there.
