FALLOUT 4 - The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

Has any one else had tis problem and has solved it ?????

Use spoiler tags. CLick the button to the left of the Font dropdown. Select Spoiler. Paste the entire report in the textbox.

Have you been able to start up FO4 successfully in the past?

Could be you need to either -

-update windows

-reinstall or update runtime libraries (.NET framework)

-run game as admin

-reinstall game (first try to repair client through Steam though).

You may also have to reinstall DirectX (or just update it)

There should be a file on the Disk you got, otherwise download the redistributable from MS
