I have a newly built machine with a g force 970 card. When outside, I cant see 20 feet because of a yellowish/greenish haze or fog over the landscape. It almost looks like the glowing sea atmosphere is stuck everywhere. If I fast travel it might clear up, but most times does not. I really cant see enough to even shoot outside. Interiors are fine. I have 100 hours in and this has just been an issue the past few. No mods installed as yet.

Any thoughts?
