Looked everywhere in Vault 81 and can't find her, is she bugged?

You have to get her out of a room during the quest to get Austin the cure she's at the end where all the mole rats are.

Now if you did all that and left the vault without her she should be floating around in the opening of the vault before the elevator.

If you're on a PC, I just saw a mod on Nexus that will put a Miscellaneous quest marker in your journal to find any and all companions. Of course, it may depend on whether she is officially your companion or not (or ever WAS -- just getting her out of the lab doesn't necessarily make her a Companion, possibly).

Oh you also have to donate blood to the vault doctor then leave for 24 hours.

She also likes to hang out outside the vaul 81 clinic.

Yeah, bugged out on me for the first time. I left her at Sanctuary, but she's nowhere to be found. Probably gone back to the Vault. At least I hope so.
