In what queste do you get Shaun back?

During Institutionalized by building the teleporter to the Institute.

Yeah, I was thinking you would eventually get your baby back, as well... I saw that you could build a crib and assumed that was a bit of a spoiler that you would eventually have an infant back. Nope.

Under the eyes of mothers and fathers their children's are always their little babies.

Well there is a certain popular mod that allows your female character to be as busty as you want, as plump as you want, and as pregnant as you want. So either your female character could have brought an extra family member with them or they weren't careful with one of their companions.

There are 2 Shauns in the game. Both Shauns are present in Institutionalized, but you can only get the other Shaun at the end of the game. It would be funny if the Shaun that we think is the real Shaun is an imposter and it was just some stranger messing with our character and the other Shaun is the real one.

Nuclear Family is when you get Shaun back.

Oh yeah, of course. I sided with the institute. But if you think about it you kind of become a hybrid of Kelogg and Shaun, seeing as how Shaun never leaves the institute and you basically do all of the dirty Kelogg work.
