AMD R9 Fury X underclocking like crazy in Fallout 4

lol yes first time I've seen FO4 requirements I almost fell off the chair. And yes, one actually needs 8 Gb RAM at a bare minimum, according to Afterburner in Boston at Ultra details I reach at times a whopping 5 Gb of RAM usage, which for the game alone is crazy.

I'd be interested to see how Skyrim looks/runs on current gen. They ported it to Xbox One or PS4 already (Vice, 2015), before they were in deep with Fallout 4. They just haven't said if they'll release it.

My guess is about the same as Fallout 4, possibly a little better since poly count will be way down in skyrim over Fallout 4 that uses all new assets. I don't think even in the cities in skyrim they are no where near as taxing as downtown Boston in FO4, they managed to throw stuff everywhere in downtown Boston.

Then yeah hehehe this issue I am facing will defiantly not be able to help you since my issue is a GPU Arc/driver/game engine/cpu communication issue dealing with gameworks that is front and center of it all. The big issue with Fuji is this, its a new arc it does not fall under the rules of your GPU and the other rebrands/older gpus that share their arc with the gpus in the consoles that can utilize gameworks features.
