I think the no-consequences polyamory thing is weird to the point of unbelievability, but I don't do it so I suppose it's a moot point. It does make the whole romance mechanic feel cheaper to me though. Like it really is intended as nothing but perk farming.

Not really, because you can get the perk without needing to pursue the romantic options (otherwise I'd never ever have Preston's perk). It's just an option for those who prefer to roleplay or bring their imagination to life in a little way. I'm stuck with Cait alone too, not because I felt that polyamory was bad (in-game), but because Piper felt more like best-friend material and Curie was too cute for me to even look at her in that way. In a way I never forgot that Miss Nanny robot, and I wish I could hear the robotic voice again. Maybe if I put her in power armor with a helmet or something...

Seriously, if the game let you drug NPCs and have six with them without their consent, you'd have a point.

As it is, the worst the game lets you do is tell Cait that you love her, and then bone Piper when she's not looking. (Or when she is, but she doesn't like that, "threesome" comments notwithstanding).

sixual predator? why exactly? I actually like the Poly amorous approach the game has. It reflects my view in real life as I believe monogamy is silly. People have the capacity to have feelings for more than one person at a time.
