Console: Xbox one

So as i am play Fallout 4 as usually i have a mission from the institute to get the Beryllium Agitator BUT before the mission started it said that if i go on with the mission without doing the optional choice informing the Brotherhood of Steel, they will become my enemy. So i do the mission thinking that is fine, so when i finished the mission i remember that i had item in my personal item box on the Prydwen, so i go back to the Prydwen and the Brotherhood attack me.

So i have huge problem, can anyone help me on this?

Err... You were warned and you agreed to your consequence...

If you dislike this outcome, reload your previous saved game.

If you don't have one, then well... restart the game or live with it.

If you don't mind the BoS as your enemy, you can just play the Institute quests through and you can destroy them completely. I'm not sure if you get to access the Prydwen in the quests, though. If not then you'll probably have to stealth your way in and take out enemies as you go along.

(assuming your have carry capacity to take it all away)

If you don't have a previous save, this sounds like your only solution. And a rather fun one at that.
