So I did the quest, killed everyone at the drug deal, save the ghoul woman, whom I would have killed had Curie not been with me. My question is, am I missing something at the drug lab? The ghoul woman told me the drug lab would make the massive shipment I 'requisitioned' seem like peanuts. All I find there are some worthless hazmat suits and a few drugs. Nothing worth me having spared her life. Can I hunt her down and slit her throat after that mission?

There will be a quick follow up some time in the future when you're in Diamond City. Basically everyone's family members start asking questions about the whereabouts of the people involved in the drug-deal-gone-wrong. It's then up to you to spin it whatever way possible.

As for Trish.. I'm not sure what happens to her. I think she's one of Marowski's guys, so you could check the hotel in Goodneighbour. I killed her after she gave me the location though, so I'm not 100% sure if she'll be there.

Yes, but am I missing a container of drugs somewhere? The family members I will just lie to, or kill, maybe both...I'm not picky. But I was promised enough drugs to keep me high until the next apocalypse, and I expect delivery...heh

There are no drugs in there besides the ones in the yellow crates at the actual meet-up, from my understanding.

I spared the ghoul woman but the bartender from diamond city killed her. Then I got everyone asking all sorts of questions. Problem is I got fingered by Marowski... So I went to confront him for these "lies" and there is no dialog. Guess I could just kill him but I don't need all of Goodneighbor shooting me.
