I have Intel HD5500 on a 12GB RAM I5-U5200, which means it meant to be over the minimal requirements.

Yet, the game crashes randomly after 0.50 - 5 minutes playing.

What should I do?

Buy a better computer. Your GPU is [censored]. Read the system requirements before you buy/pirate a game.

Intel HD graphics is NOT over the minimum requirements. It has little dedicated VRAM (which is just system memory re-purposed).
