OK I built the teleporter at the Skyline Drive in.

HJad problems there with the game also after talking to Desdemona she didn't go to the final conversation

until I re-constructed the teleporter and finally got on the platform.

Now I teleported to the Insittute entered the elecators and went to Shaun's room. but I( was unable to talk to him.

This is on the PC version of the game.

Sorry folks lots of bugs in this game software wise.

Unless if I did something wrong IO'll stand corrected.

Maybe you shouldn't or can't build the tranmitter at the the Skyline Drive In.
