Im stuck on the mission "spoils of war" because im not able to ride the vertibird i have tried to re spawn Proctor Ingram with the console commands but she only says "we need to get to the mass fusion"(something along those lines) i have also reset and completed the mission using console commands but this was unsuccessful and broke it more. I have left the mission and did other bits but it hasn't reset or anything please help! i have also completed another mission with Proctor Ingram and i thought that would reset her but i was wrong, she is in the vertibird and if i could just get in it, it would all be resolved but i cant please help.

Thanks but i dont have any earlier saves unfortunately which makes this more complex but thank you for the help.
