Can you guys please look into fixing these perks in 1.3?
For example:
-Grim Reaper's Sprint Rank 3 does not refill the critical bar.
-Demolition Expert Rank 4 removes the AOE of rank 3.
-Ninja Perk damage multiplier behaves erratically when interacting with Cloak & Dagger and Mister Sandman. Also melee sneak multiplier does not seem to apply correctly with unarmed and two handed weapons (some)
-Cloak & Dagger - Obtaining the Cloak and Dagger perk may contribute to a bug where the combination of the Sniper perk and armor with the Stabilization mod being worn on both arms no longer prevents all sway when aiming down a scope. See the Sniper page for a potential work around.
-Repair bobblehead permanently increases the duration of fusion cores by 10% doesn't seem to apply correctly and adds a core back into your inventory with a charge after you completely use one.
-Scrounger Perk does NOT include the following ammunition types: 10mm, shotgun shells, mini nukes, missiles, plasma cartridge, fusion cell, 2mm EC, gamma round, cryo cell, flares, flamer fuel, cannonballs, syringe ammo, alien blaster rounds, and railway spikes. Also something might be wrong with the rank 4 as it does not seem to increase the amount of ammo found.
