Your charactor level when DLC arrives?

Post » Sat Jan 16, 2016 10:54 pm

I'm at level 28 and am a bit concerned about ending up being overpowered for when DLC hits, I don't want it to be too easy and want my character to be ready for the DLC on Day 1 of release. So what level would you say it's best to be at and why?. I'll probably make a 2nd playthrough and get to the right condition/level for it to be ready.

Gonna start again from scratch for the dlc. I hit level 100 yesterday, my goal is to obtain every perk for the first play through. So far so good.

Most of Bethesda's recent DLC have been level scaled. So it probably won't matter.

My current character is pushing level 90+ (87-89), I cannot actually remember the exact level at the moment. I should have several available when the DLC comes out.

80 or 90 cause than you have pretty much done everything and are ready for DLC

Well my two main characters are already about level 60, so 51 plus. Will play all the content with them unmodded, and then let the mods come to me!

At 124 now, so above that. It would be cool to have all of the perks by then but that won't happen most likely.

I'd dare guess the DLC content will be level dependent. However, there is a small chance one will have to start a new character anyway. Especially, if a quest breaking bug has been fixed in an accompanying patch.

Thus, I voted new character. It is a habit I learned to generally fall into with Beth updates, patches and DLC.

It shouldn't matter too much what level you are at unless they create DLC similar to Broken Steel. However, that would be far more difficult to do due to the endings.

Depends on who I decide to venture in with. So anywhere from 37 to 56.

I hit level 100 a few days ago, and started my second play through shortly thereafter. I'll probably hold off on the DLC until I start my third play through, but I'm not sure yet. A lot of that depends on timing.
