I have done 6-7 quests for Rhys and 3-4 for haylen. I have followed Dance to the Synth site, but now he just says go see Rhys and Haylen. Should I move on to something else, or stick with them? I did something with lost soldiers too.

The quests with Rhys and Haylen are endless radiant quests. You can keep doing them as many times as you want to.

How far are you in the main quest? Have you completed Reunions yet? You don't unlock the rest of the quests for the Brotherhood until after this quest is completed. After you complete it, talk to Danse again and you'll be able to progress in the Brotherhood of Steel quest line (which is, of course...the BEST quest line). Ad Victoriam.
