Hello everyone and happy new year!

I reached today this settlement in the north of the map, not far by the coast. It consists in 2 houses in ruins plus a hole in the ground.

I found it inhabited by an incredible amount of people!

Sanctuary hills on the contrary has 17 settlers, with new houses, water, food, shops, defense, power. Nothing (or almos nothing!) is missing. 17 people.

In the Coastal cottage, heavily neglected, with just some food, and a new 2 floor wooden premade shack... 31 damned desperate people (one was dead at my arrival, because of an unknown attacker). The first time I arrived there and began the settlement, there was only one weird thing. When inside the hole or near it, there was a weird purple halo that lasted just a few seconds, then disappeared never to return.

This is weird! Explanation anyone?
