I was playing fallout 4 and I was doing the quest where you go to Kellogg's memory and when I got out of his memory my screen glitched and the colours are not how they are meant to be I don't know what it is does anyone know?

That will be a bug, have you tried restarting the game entirely? If that won't fix it then it's probably time to reload an earlier save.
