Today, I planted one in Mr. Blake's chest. He is my favorite unique settler. But what can I do if he had a bugged settlement quest?

Okay, so here's the problem:

Abernathy Farm has/had BUGGED settlement quest which would require me to clear Federal Nation Stockpile.

However, it's been cleared earlier and there's no Target Pointer shown on the map, causing this quest to be unfinishable if taken.

Yet again, unlike the usual, this bugged quest doesn't have any expiry. I've been avoiding Abernathy and Preston to not trigger the quest. It's still there and Preston and Blake will trigger the quest if I talk to them even until today.

Reloading save file is futile, because I don't know when this bugged quest start being "available to take" exactly. It'd be far far way back deep within my older saves.

The only solution I found so far is to accept the quest and (silently) execute Blake to fail the quest properly (without having the failed quest name stuck on my mission list).

Is there any of you guys can suggest me a solution to overcome the problem without killing Blake or use Console Command, please?
