What keys do I press to rotate and/or change axis, cos I'm not using a controller? Also, how do I get to this settler status menu, cos I can't find it?

To rotate items,I just press M1 and it rotates 45 degrees-ish.Re.menu I couldn't find it either but noticed that while highlighting a settler it tells you what the're assigned to.
