Has anyone else noticed how sometimes in the slow-mo animations the Focused Muzzle piece isn't shown? Really svcks.....looks like Bethesda forgot to make animations off all the variant mods in action or something!

Its not that they forgot, they run out of time. There are a lot of unfinished things in this game.

You mean VATS? I noticed it too, but I also saw it on them as well. seems to be glitch or something.
