I can't find a Provisioner I sent between Castle and Kingsport Lighthouse. I have waited 24hrs from noon to noon a bunch of times hoping he will show up in castle, but nothing so far. Does anyone know how the Provisioner would Travel? What kinda route or time schedule they would keep?

I mainly want to change the settlement he's traveling to.
