I recently bought Fallout 4 and I installed it on my pc.

When i boot up the game, everything seems normal. When I press start new game, the game starts loading.

But then the game stops loading and it force closes.

Can somebody help me??

Because i really want to play the game!!

Post a dxdiag report, please.


Use the Search box or Run... box, type: cmd and press Enter.


In the command prompt, type:

dxdiag /t dxdiag.txt

and press Enter.


Now go to the %userprofile% directory (C:\User\), find the dxdiag.txt file. Open the file. Select All. Copy and Paste its contents here in a reply. Use the spoiler tags, by either using the following:

[spoiler] dxdiag text [/spoiler]

or by clicking the icon (Special BBCode) next to Font menu, and selecting 'spoiler'.

Also....

Try a game cache verify.
