As the title states.

Had this problem before the beta patch too. Whenever I get to the bridge next to the statue the game crashes to desktop. I used to be able to fast travel to Vault 111, but not anymore. I've tried a myriad of console commands. The one where the camera is removed from the character and you can move it freely works; however, it doesn't render past what I can see from the bridge. Used /scrapall from the bridge thinking it was a resource thing but no go.

I've deleted the .ini files multiple times, tried it on borderless window mode, done the file check within Steam, and have no mods installed.

Going back to a previous save doesn't work anymore either; plus I'm too far along to do that.

I've seen multiple complaints about this exact issue and with crashing when you enter the area around CIT; however, mine works fine there. This leads me to believe this crash is settlement related.

I would like to try and reset Sanctuary but I don't know of anyway to do that without entering which I cannot do without crashing to desktop.

[EDIT] I've already updated to the latest AMD driver including the beta driver they released the past week or so.

System specs:

AMD Phenom 2 X4 955 3.2GHz

16 GB DDR3

64 bit Windows 10

2x R9 270 in Crossfire mode

I've allocated 8 GB of space for virtual memory as well.
