So I have a legendary armor piece that slows down time when my health is low plus the first rank in the nerd rage perk that does the same. Does anyone know if that stacks or not? Just curious.

The means to test it are in your hands. Put on the armor, have the perk, get hurt. Do it again without the armor and compare.
