I'm stuck at the room where he is in the glass room and won't talk to me, can't do anything else. Anyone know what to do here?

Keep trying, it's quite hard to get the dialogue to trigger.

You have to go right up to the glass and put your cursor over him then initiate the dialogue like you would with anyone else.
