Weapons disappearing

Post » Mon Jan 18, 2016 7:20 am

When I go into sneak my guns become invisible. It doesn't happen every time but most of the time. Switching weapons doesn't change it, it just eventually shows up. Oddly enough, this didn't happen at all in my first play through. This character is level 17.

I'm on Xbox one. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Another member of the forum taught me to switch in between 1st & 3rd person & that takes care of the problem. I'm on ps4 but I'm sure the principal is the same

i havent noticed any weapons disappearing, but i have a ridiculous amount of chems built up because i just dont find the need for most of them (except jet and mentats early on). One day my entire stockpile of Rad-X was gone. i don't really need it much now, i can use caps to cure radiation if i want, but they suddenly reappeared the next day

i know this isn't a fix, but your items might suddenly re-appear later

I've had this problem, where not only the weapon, but my pipboy would disappear. Either reloading the game or finaggling with the controller usually got it going again.

Generally the fix (even on PC) is to flip to third person and back to first.

You should :) Bethesda games have the best mods, really extends the life of the game and customises gameplay exactly to suit.
