I doubt it, but it would be nice.

I could see them bringing in OLD enemies which are conspiculously absent: Robobrain, securitron, giant ants, etc.

If they add enemies I hope they are really new ones instead of the same old ones people keeps begging for. And factions too, new ones, not stuff like enclave or the likes.
