When I figured out that fallout 4 was going to being in the Boston area, I went crazy. Finally, Boston is going to get a full game about it! And after playing 120+ hours(Most of that time exploring), I have a general idea of what the map is like. Even though it is a great game, there are 2 things that I noticed only because I live around Boston that kinda annoyed me.
1. The smaller towns are not that accurate.
-Even though Bethesda sent out people to many of the locations they put in the game, I feel that the small towns didn't get enough love on the game. I know that the game was a massive undertaking, but Adding a little thing, just 1 or 2, that was REALLY from the town would of been nice. There are some places that could add to the overall story of the game. One of the largest things that I can think of is the Military labs in Natick, which develops things like MREs, Parachutes, and ARMOR. Birthplace of Power Armor Confirmed?
2. Where the hell is the clam chowder???
-This may seem a bit stupid, but what's Boston without a bowl of New England Clam Chowder? Nothing, That's what! I am very dissapointed in you Bethesda, and I'm waiting for a apology letter.
