omergAWD! Settlements, crafting! oh my!

I purposely waited until at least 1.2 patch was released. I have literally read/seen/heard zero information outside of Beth's first trailer for this game.

I'm 15 hours in now, that's nothing for me in a FO game, and I'm writing my friends and family to send them farewell wishes.

You see, I have just begun the first crafting and settlement missions around Sanctuary.

This is so freaking awesome.

I can't believe it.

It's just the 'thing' I've always wanted to do in a FO game.

Welcome to Fallout 4. I've been fairly conservative with my play and I've already put in over 200 hours and have a lot more to discover. :fallout:

Some advice. Only focus on one or two settlements. There are dozens in the game, and you can get overwhelmed if you try and focus on all of them. Pick one or two favorite spots to be your focus and build those up to awesome levels.

Forget any crops other than the post-apocalyptic "Three Sisters": mutfruit, corn, and tato. Make adhesive for mods, water purifiers for trade good, and make jet for trade and xp.
