I have windows 7 and will post dxdiag notes after wards. I have installed and reinstalled the game using minimal video options and still when I use the option to start a new game and it tries to go into the movie I crash.
I have tried everything I can think of even using 3d anolyzer to fix my problem but seems to be nothing else I can do without help...

Here's the problem. An Intel chipset CANNOT run this game.

Well, since it's a laptop, you cannot upgrade. So you're stuck with that graphics chipset.

There is a workaround floating around on the net, involving replacing a file with one downloaded. But no one here will reccomend it due to the risk of causing damage to you system by put the chipset under stresses it was never meant to be under and also because the file involved isn't one thats supposed to be messed around with.

Yah I guess I dont really want to destroy this laptop, well thank you for your time, I suppose Ill just play on the 360...
