Skydiving without parachute or power armor

Post » Mon Jan 18, 2016 6:26 am

Managed to end up with a left leg and a right leg armor with the 'Acrobat's' affix on them... thought, "no way!" But I got up on the tallest skyscraqer in Boston and put them on, then jumped. Boy, weren't those supermutants surprised when I landed right in the middle of their pinochle game then jumped up and ran off cackling like a lunatic! I won't wear them unless I need a quick exit from a high place, but for the extra 8 pounds of carry weight, they should be well worth it to have in my pack for those special occasions. Whole lot lighter and less conspicuous than running around in power armor all the time, for sure.

This is why I know you love the game. It's also why I say Game of the Year! My vote is cast.

For better balance I'll be changing it to 25% so I would have to find 4 pieces to negate all fall damage.

I think that effect only spawns on leg armor...

That feels right - after all there are the Stabilized (or whatever the name is.. the aiming ones) crafted arm pieces.

I have two of those for settlement building. I tend to fall placing turrets.
