I told curie to go to the castle settlement, but shes no where to be seen. I even built a bell and tried doing that. Am i glitched out of using her and finishing her quest?

Curie is bugged for a lot of us. She tends to not stay at settlements. She always ends up going back to Vault 81 and standing in front of the doctor's office there. I'd suggest checking there.
