I have created 4 PC's in FO4 and gone thru all 4 endings. My first PC a Railroad aligned stealth type character is the one I have continued to explore and do quests with.

I was kinda of getting bored with him when I had one of those random encounters that get your blood pumping. I am currently going thru the wasteland trying to collect as many of the magazines as possible. I was traveling with MacCready when we stumbled across a pack of feral ghouls. Then a raider patrol with 3 of them in power armor joined in the fray and just to spice things up around the corner a BoS patrol joins in the fun. Man what a fight with everyone shooting at everyone. It was the first time in several hours of gameplay that I almost died. It was just one of those moments that left you craving more.

had one yesterday. stumbled upon a aggresotron (or whatever those killerrobots are called) with a skull in its name. for me as stealth type character those are hard to kill with direct confrontation, even without the skull, so i run away in panic and try to remember when i last saved the game. i turn around again to fire a few shots while running backwards, and i see a mutant dog jump out of nowhere and bite its leg. aggresotron falls down and starts hacking on the dog, while a supermutant fires his gun on him. brutal scene, saved me in the last second. while lying on the floor the robot fires his laser and evaporates the dog, but still i had enough time killing it off now.

so much fun.

My best random fight was when I led all members of Finch Farm settlement to Hub City Auto Wreckers, and the whole lot of us stormtrooped the place and destroyed everything in our path.

It's really close to Finch Farm, and sometimes one of the Gunners catches their attention and they all head out towards the guy and start blasting him, but usually go back before going too far away from the farm...except this time I was there to lead them even further into the area

had one fight involving BoS, raiders, gunners and ghouls unfortunately I just saw the end of it.

Favorite was sniping supermutants this caused them too look for me and they came close to some raiders and it was popcorn time.

An behemoth was tanking for me at the car factory. he killed everything on the ground level, i sniped the raiders on the roof who was shooting at him.

Not the first game it happened in: Skyrim had an insane fight, Imperials against an dragon, vampires attacked then stormcloaks.

I had just cleared Big John's Salvage and went behind it towards the crater NE of it. Suddenly two supermutants with miniguns start blasting me slightly from the NW. Short fight and I'm victorious. I also find a NPC there named "Settler". A dialouge starts where I can set her free and right when I'm about to ask if she want a job or a safe home, something like that another minigun burst comes and a new supermutant appears. The settler runs away and I'm taken by surprise so the fight is a bit confused at a start. I win eventually and start looking for the NPC.. I can see her running far away in the distance and I quickly realise I won't be able to pursue her to finish our dialogue.

I guess it would have ended with me sending her to one of my settlements and I guess this was a random encounter like the prisoners with 3 guards from Skyrim.

Im taking one of the squires for the BoS out on an extermination mission to show him how its done. Some mutants holed up in a junkyard. So I manage to snipe 2 of them before the entire junkyard is after me. There are 2 legendary mutants one of them armed with a shredding minigun or something of the sort. The resistance is so strong Im forced to fall back to a nearby town. As im running through the woods towards the town I hear the roar of a bear. Turns out to be 2 bears one of them legendary. So now im trying to shotgun them before the mutants catch up (thank god they were carrying the mini gun otherwise they might have closed the gap faster) i kill both of the bears just as I reach the town which happened to be completely infested with ghouls. the gun fire draws their attention, the mutants show up, my power armor is in sanctuary hills but luckily i have looooots of bullets and stimpaks. took me a good 15 to 20 mins to kill everything. awesome time
