I been playing this game like over 100+ hours and I found out that this game will be the game that occupy me for the 2016 if its upgraded/updated/patched:

1. Settlements Menu that observing all current settlers and their works.

Current Problem faced: Unable to identified settlers and their assigned task unless you put unique dressing on them.

Wishlist: Such as Settler 1 is farming, even better you can "Named them for their purpose" Such as Defender 1...Farmer 1...for easy reference.

2. Better pathing/code for AI.

Current Problem faced: AI sometimes got stucked and unable to walk to certain areas for their assigned task.

Wishlist: AI will be able to assigned to their task without any glitch/bug. Some L4 merchant need console command in order to assign them to the emporium.

3. Steam Workshop

Current: Need to goes through nexusmod.com but that's quite alright with me.

Wishlist: Hopefully there will be a fully integrated mod support system such as Steam Workshop (EX: Skyrim)

4. Better graphic, better FPS...

Current: Some mods from nexus does improve some fps.

Wishlist: Hopefully the FPS issue is fix by Bethesda as I believe they may do their best to improve FPS and yet maintain the fallout element for those graphical changes.
