Will we be able to pick and choose updates from steam

I haven't used steam before so if any questions I ask seem stupid, thats why. First of all I think running NV on steam is an amazing idea, it will save me the trouble of rebuying the game, Which I normally do because I always end up buying the games right when they get out even though I know I should wait for a bit after the release so that the bugs get fixed. Because of that I have bought the vanilla and goty editions to; Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 (your welcome gamesas).

My only concern is if the updating on steam is going to automaticly install all of the patches that get sent out, I would prefer to beable to pick and choose which updates I install. The only reason for this is for glitches, the cool or beneficial ones (not the game breaking ones). My favourite glitch of all time was the multiplication glitch (using the bow) from Oblivion, but when I bought the goty the patch fixed the glitch and I really wish that gamesas left that one alone. I think that other people might have other reasons to pick and choose updates but I have only that one.

We have a thread for all Steam Related questions, please use that. This way folks can find all the answers in one place.
