I've only use the PA if I keep dying on a quest and need that extra protection, I'm not fan of the looks of most of the other (non power armor) armor or outfits they have in the game, I just wear the winter coat and jeans and so far any time I put any armor on (besides the leg armor) it removes my clothes. so I choose not to put armor on. However, I like the power armor and will probably use it when I can for see a good battle is on the horizon, other than that I have just been hording them.
