My settlement buildings may vary depending on the area. There are house, studio apartment, flat, etc.

For Sanctuary Hill case, I build a small home for myself. The concept is cozy, simple, one-and-half-floor home, connected to Power Armor garage.

I don't really bother with decorative junks as they always sink down the objects I put them on

I have only one picture, Starlight DriveIn, one of my three "bigger" settlements. Optimized for defense, to survive attacks from the Settlement Raid Mod. Still not able to stand against DRI.

After those MM squatters took over my stronghold, I packed up my things and moved to Red Rocket.

Here's a few of the interior. I was able to cover up a lot of the debris with the rug trick.

Almost all floor space excluding the garage, has rugs covering the unmovable junk.

I think it came out alright for a comfortable base of operations for my character.

It's a small closed community consisting of myself, Tina De Luca, Sheffield, one settler, and of course Buddy.

Companions at times as well. They have lodgings and an outhouse outside.

No housing mods.
