This is a follow-up to the You're SPECIAL Book glitch that I was wondering about. After some testing I learned that addictions don't allow special to go past 10 with the book, but certain debuffs from clothing such as Tattered Rags will along with drunk/drug debuffs such as Fury/Daytripper. I'm wondering what clothing and which drugs in the game can debuff your character the most to fully take advantage of this?
