Getting frustrated with how many things are broken

I understand exactly what you are saying.

You want BGS to violate its own policies and procedures to fix something that can wait until more important problems are solved, or...

You want a true hero to rise up, who doesn't give a rat's ass about his/her performance review, and violate those policies and procedures.

Yup, that's exactly what I want.

We have two bugs that happened because someone typed in the wrong value next to a perk, two bugs that affect a large numbers of players as I've repeatedly said (melee, VATS), two bugs that have been repeatedly documented all over the internet even in a thread made by a moderator on the hardware and software issues section of these very forums that encompasses all of the known bugs in the game, two bugs that take literally no time to fix and you're trying to convince me that their fixes couldn't be included in a patch that came 1 month after release. Nope, sorry not convinced, and from the looks of it we won't ever reach a mutual agreement so let's end this pointless argument here. Good day.

what are you talking about?

a) the bug is well documented and CANT be missed as soon as you get the perk

b.) as damage, hit chance is just a value change - whats difficult to understand about that?

the problem is not such obvious and simple bugs by themselves but the absolute lack of quality control or such processes that they demonstrate which bethesda has shown for YEARS - ask ANYONE what are the first things that come to mind about bethesda games and they will tell you

1. open world and exploration

2. bugs bugs bugs bugs

I would NEVER buy a bethesda game on anything but a pc where i can work around bugs through the console.

And for the first time it seems even the media is fed up with all the bugs and starts no longer giving a free pass to beth games for it - hardly any goty award and countless complaints and point reduction in reviews for the bugs - and i think this was a shot in front of the bow that they cant do this again or ratings will severly drop...

you cant just get away on consoles with what you can on pc cause

- console players are "on average" less inventive or creative or used to fix bugs

- have less patience with these issues, the whole point of a console is quicky, easy, convenient

- have not access to a console for manual workarounds

- will probably make up a substantial part of this and future consumer base

I noticed that Ecogen is "rude"

However the fix for MacCready was actually just ticking off a box at least in Fo4edit for hobbiest modder.

The melee perk too also in the Beta Patch for Steam.

Also they fixed the issue with the Beta Patch.
