Can you guys and girls pls help us to briefly report the issues and improvement ideas in the game Fallout 4?

1-Major Issues

1.1 Perk system does not allow to be a different guy on wasteland

1.1.1 Skills(perks) should not improve main attributes or stats, they should give control abilities on wasteland.

1.1.2 Addition to perk system there should be a stat or skill distribution system in the game like Skyrim or old F3.

2-Minor issues

2.1 Bottles doesnt stand on tables

2.2 Stealth Boy given to settlers, game crashes

3-New Improvements

3.1 Weapons

3.1.1 I would like to see a brand new tesla coil burning rifle.

3.2 Some kind of coop multiplayer should be added to quests or settlement base defense or settlement/city attack

You know, If the next patch allowed for any kind of multiplayer, I would consider it a bug and would submit a bug report.

I think it's best to keep multiplayer out of the main Fallout games.

I would like them to patch the Railroad Nuclear option Glitch i'm like 100 hours into the game and literally stuck in the quest and cant fast travel . All i can do is walk around and talk to father can't go anywhere or finish quest. It's being called a game buster/ breaker glitch online needs to be patched. I can't go to an old save all 4 are from inside the current quest. I am currently screwed.
