Not because i said so because despite what you personally percieve Fallout as its the way it has always been.

Entertaining. I also want to play that.

Fallout 2

Black Isle is not good at making Fallout... they took the series and stripped it of its 50s charm and made it into a road movie on crack game with a cliche chosen one story... not to mention a TERRIBLE MAP...

Fallout 3

No... Bethesda is not good at making Fallout... they took the series and stripped it of its 50s charm and made it into a ....green/brown thing (or what the hell was supposed to be F3) with a cliche search for your father story... not to mention a TERRIBLE MAP...

Fallout 4

No... Bethesda is not good at making Fallout... they took the series and stripped it of its 50s charm and made it into a noir movie with a cliche search for your son story... not to mention a TERRIBLE MAP...

One thing I like in Fallout 1 is when we find this typical stereotype citizen of the 50s.

She was so 50s. That's got to be the only image of her not baking something with her Mohawk pulled up into a very small beehive

So what... who said that people after the war were 50ed themed... they are wastelanders and the 50s theme with the pre war is still there.

Looks to me that you haven't seen the forest from the trees. The 50's part was a backdrop to the setting, it was never "50's in the future" and very little of the original games actually resembled 50's the way things now do.

Also please do explain why the creator said that Bethesda did a good job on the Fallout universe...

Oh really what? What is that supposed to prove? I know what the cars look like.

Why would you need me to explain that to you? I've seen compliments on the worldcrafting from the original devs. So what?

It's well known that used-car salesmen only existed during the 1950s.

This conjures up an image of being locked in a dark basemant , chained to a computer desk , while having fallout titles shoved under the door to subsist on.

And my advice would be to use the internet to obtain rescue ... not get a better change in the menu.

LOL ... it just hit me funny

At least you knew how to take it, even if that is just a tangent.

Then you know it's supposed to be 50 themed right?
