I had already completed this quest before but it came back after opting in to the beta on Steam.

When I went to the castle Preston Garvey was there instead of in Sanctuary as usual and it wanted me to talk to Ronnie but whenever I would she would just give her typical spill and want to barter.

I marked the quest complete in the console because it wouldn't let me complete it, however, Preston is still at the Castle. I've tried reassigning where he lives and making him my companion with no luck. I also tried to prid him and moveto player and he did but he just goes right back to the Castle even though that's not where I assign him.
