This may not be the right place for this but I need help, I did all the PAM missions and did not get sent to tinker tom. I have not got the ability to creat the armor is there another way because I killed tinker tom and all the others

It Tom is dead, than a console command is your only other option.

Or wait for the construction kit. That could fix it easily. Depends on how attached you are to that save.

edit: By that I mean, someone else can allow a bypass to that requirement for the armor. You will have to depend on a pc user to create the thing, and Sony to get off their butt and allow it.
